I’m going to let you in on a secret. It’s called the secret law of attraction. The only caveat is that it’s not really that secret. It works in your life all the time, even when you don’t realize it’s working. The secret law of attraction simply stated says that like energies attracts like energies. And here’s the number one reason to try to avoid people who have miserable attitudes and always want to bring you down. Because of the power of the secret law of attraction, they can!
Yes! The secret law of attraction is indeed a two way street. Just as sure as the sun comes up in the morning that a person’s enthusiasm is contagious, you can be sure that a person’s pessimism is also contagious. But I’m sure you’ve already noticed this about the secret law of attraction. It’s almost as if a miserable person casts a deadly pall over a room when he walks in. It’s like that comic strip character of years ago who used to walk around with a dark rain cloud hovering over him all the time.So be careful about the company you keep because when you least expect it, the secret law of attraction may wallop you across the head for trading energy levels with someone who only attracts despair and misery into his life. Instead, as you contemplate the secret law of attraction as you go through your day, think about those people whose enthusiasm and spirit lifts you to grander heights, makes you want to do more with your life and gives you a very special reason for living. You’ll want to latch on to these people because you’ll want to catch their enthusiasm and then be able to spread some of your own.
