Transcripts must be in English and the detailed reports of examinations taken and the final average should be included. The foreign students are required to fill the forms online. The full course fee, along with the admission fee has to be submitted at the time of admission. Payment must be made in US dollars. Examinations will be held under the vigilance of an examination proctor who has to be approved by the university officials or by an American embassy information/education official. Questions and general communication with the university would be executed via fax, e-mail, or air mail. Assignments may be sent via fax, air mail, or as e-mail attachments but the examinations has to be sent and returned via air mail. The foreign student will be responsible for air mail costs associated with mailing course assignments. He will also have to bear, besides the internet and computer costs, the expense of the required text books. |
