Anyone who has ever tried to learn a language can testify to the fact that it is not an easy process. Due to the difference in vocabulary and grammar structures between most cultures learning a new language often involves programming the brain to think in an entirely different context, a difficult prospect in its own right made even more so by the necessity to constantly switch back and forth between their new tongue and their native tongue. By listening to Spanish news broadcasts, reading Spanish newspapers (with the help of your trusty Spanish dictionary, of course), playing Spanish music on your radio and speaking in Spanish as much as possible you will quickly grasp the fundamentals of the Spanish language and be well on your way to proficiency. |
