Outside The Box Marketing for Resale Rights Products Print E-mail
Wednesday, 30 May 2007
If you insist on marketing your resale rights products online, despite the market saturation, there are definitely better ways to do it than that impossibly long marketing page. Testimonials and promises of massive profits are all well and good, but eventually that becomes old and tired to online marketers. Forget search engine optimization and link blasting, it's time you did something fresh.

First of all, do you know why those book length marketing pages work to begin with? The whole concept to successful sales is building trust and value. One way to build trust is through a consistent message, over and over again. Value is built if you bombard them with all kinds of phrases that show how buying your product is beneficial to the customer. When put together effectively, you have the potential for massive sales.

However, people have become wary of those bookish marketing pages, making it impossible to build trust through them. It only takes a couple sour experiences to ruin it for everyone. Resale rights products are an especially hard sale to intermediate marketers because they are finding it difficult to turn a profit, and are beginning to get discouraged.

If you offer a way to help them past that phase, your profits will skyrocket. So instead of that overdone marketing page, write a blog on the topic of marketing resale rights products effectively. Even better, go into a joint venture with a blogger to save yourself the hassle. Another great joint venture idea is to place advertisements for your products inside marketing e-books, giving all those budding marketers something to sell.

Become a part of the conversation on resale rights products. Go to forums and other blogs on the topic and add something to the community. Then as a side note, let them know about your product. If you work on building yourself up as a person, you will find soon enough that you have a huge following waiting for whatever you put out. The big boys have made a name for themselves – you should too!

The general idea is to go outside of the typical places resale rights products are marketed. Get out of that noise pollution mindset and put yourself back in the shoes of a typical business person. Really assess if you are adding value to your customers' lives instead of just trying to sell more, and more, and more. Be a quality retailer, not a quantity retailer.
